The Meta Angels and Adobe Artist in Residence Program elevates an emerging NFT artist each month by providing them with financial support, Adobe’s tools, and a platform from which to share their work.
We are thrilled to have Adobe as our partner for this Artist in Residence program, giving us the opportunity to work with a global brand that has – for decades – been a leading innovator at the intersection of creativity and technology.
WanjiGallery is a self-taught Kenyan female Photographer and Digital Artist. Losing her job led to pursuing Photography. She became a freelance photographer and it is during that period she discovered Digital Collage Art. Her personal experiences greatly influenced the art she creates.
As part of the Meta Angels x Adobe Artist-in-Residence program, owners of Meta Angels will have access to a free mint of a commissioned piece at the end of the month!
With support, we’ll be investing in the success of emerging, diverse artists who are underrepresented in NFTs – leveraging the power of NFTs to bring a global audience to artists who might not otherwise have a channel for reaching collectors.
We’ll be expanding upon the breathtaking art that Aslan Ruby created by delivering 12 monthly limited edition airdrops by an Artist in Residence over a year, so owners of Meta Angels can expand their collections.
We’ll be bringing the Meta Angels community into the Artist-in-Residence selection process through the launch of our first Meta Angels Council. If you are in the Arts Council, we lean on you every month to help us choose the next emerging artist to amplify and grace the wallets of our holders with a new piece of art.
Each month, in partnership with Adobe, we’ll select an emerging artist and commission an original artwork that you'll work on throughout the month. We encourage you to apply whether or not you have experience in the web3 art space. Our team of curators is excited to see your work.
