About the Tequila
An artisanal tequila handcrafted in a small distillery in Jalisco, Fallen Angel is a super-premium reposado made in small batches from 100% Blue Weber agave.
Sourced from both the valleys of Jalisco and the highlands, our agave is fully matured in the fields for more than seven years, enhancing the complexity and intensifying the natural sugars in the plant. After harvest, the agave is cooked with steam in stainless steel autoclaves and fermented using fresh wine yeast for more than 100 hours. After distilling in traditional pot stills, our tequila is aged for five months in American oak barrels and then bottled without any additives.
Tasting Notes
With a light golden hue, Fallen Angel has aromas of sweet agave, a squeeze of Meyer lemon, and a touch of honeysuckle. On the palette, it opens with floral notes, a dash of vanilla, and a lovely herbal and fruity character layered with subtle wood influence.

Oaxaca Old
Fashioned
The Oaxaca Old Fashioned—named for the Mexican state from where most mezcals hail—is a riff on the classic whiskey old fashioned. It mixes reposado tequila, which is lightly aged in oak and mimics some of those oaky flavors present in the classic Old Fashioned, and mezcal with Angostura bitters and agave nectar.
